Another Driver License Reinstated

Not very often do you walk out of the Secretary of State Driver Assessment and Appeal Division knowing that your driver license was reinstated on the spot, but that was exactly the case for our client this past Tuesday.

Our client did a bit of drinking while he was in college, got busted with some of his hockey buddies, and then busted again two years later and his license was revoked. He made the right call, and that call was to attorney, Aaron J. Boria.

If your license has been revoked for two or more drinking and driving offenses call Michigan driver license lawyer, Aaron J. Boria today (734) 453-7806.

How To Get Your License Reinstated in Michigan

If you have been convicted of two or more drinking and driving convictions within seven years then the Michigan Secretary of State has revoked your license. You cannot go to court and have a judge reinstate your license. You must go through an administrative review hearing at the Secretary of State Driver Assessment and Appeals Division.

At the DAAD, you have the burden to show that you are sober, and have been sober for a year, and will continue to be sober for the rest of your life by clear and convincing evidence.

In order to meet your burden of proof you must provide the following: Letters of support, a substance abuse assessment, a drug screen, an affidavit, and other supporting documents. Once all of the proper documentation is submitted you will get a hearing.
